About Simple Stitches
We are an alteration and design company. Apparel alterations and custom builds are our main focus. However, we have worked on projects outside of the apparel industry. In addition to regular apparel fabrics, Simple Stitches has the machines to work on leather, vinyl, and thick canvas.

Our History
Simple Stitches was opened by Paige Raupp. Paige grew up in the agricultural community of Boone County. Paige found her love for EVERYTHING sewing when after she began volunteering at Starlight Theatre of Rock Valley College in Rockford, IL. Paige would then go on to work under two Master Tailors and receive a degree in Fashion Design. Her love for sewing is never ending. She often refers to herself as a "sewing nerd".
Our Expertise
Paige has received a Fashion Design Degree from Harper College in Palatine, IL. In addition, she has received multiple awards for her custom work. She has worked under two Master Tailors to hone her craft.
Our Commitment
Simple Stitches' provides top notch alterations at a reasonable cost to allow our customers to feel their best in their clothes. We stand by our work for up to two weeks after garments go home with their owners. This is our commitment to quality and the happiness of our customers.
